airSYSTEC™ products are manufactured at our facilities by use of a CNC plotter and cut to highest precision in view of the next production process.

 

The material used by airSYSTEC™ originates from Germany. This way we assure your inflatable airSYSTEC™ Airscreen to resist heavy duty as well as stormy weather.

The big manufacturing premises:
with the 40m’ wide automatic HF welding machine several inflatable airSYSTEC™ Airscreen frames may be manufactured at once. The individual parts are welded together and each completed frame undergoes a pressure test after an extensive quality control.

We use zippers in conformity with MIL standards and warrant quality welding seams

In the course of the individual production processes, samples of material are taken at random and undergo extensive endurance tests
